What is your method if shipping?

Answer: All shipping is 7-10 business days USPS Priority Mail. Costs depends on total amount ordered.

What is your return policy?

Answer: We love satisfied customers and want to do whatever we can to make sure you love your purchase. We accept returns to any unused journals within 30 days of purchase date. All returns must include your receipt or an order confirmation printout to help us in issuing your refund efficiently. Sale items can not be returned.

Once we receive your unused return, we will credit the original form of payment for the full product price. Refunds do not include shipping and handling.

Do you take personal checks or money orders?

Answer: Yes, please mail to Live Simply LLC. Atten: Karla to: 28150 N. Alma School Parkway #103/603, Scottsdale, AZ 85262. Merchandise will not be mailed until check has cleared.

Is this journal for newborns and toddlers only?

Answer: It’s never too late to start journaling your child’s health care. The design of this journal covers newborn to eighteen years.
